Dispatch Times

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

  • We do not dispatch orders on public or bank holidays.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (Tracked 48)

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • £2.99, or FREE on orders over £20

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Express Shipping (Tracked 24)

  • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • £3.99 flat rate

  • Most orders arrive the next working day after dispatch, but please allow 1–2 working days

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are sent using tracked services.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.
